Just the job

This coat is everything I want from a coat.i especially like the longer length and the fact that it has poppers to fasten. Over the zip rather than the velcro.the only downside is the badge on the sleeve much prefer the words Lands End as in other models.the real colour is perfect

Very warm but VERY heavy

This coat keeps me warm and protects from the wind and snow. However, it is VERY heavy for my 5'2" frame. My husband helps me put it on in the winter because I find it very heavy to put on and off.

I am in love with my coat!

This is an amazing coat I have bored people to death about how wonderful it is! It keeps out all the elements. I feel so warm in it but not over hot. It keeps you dry and warm and I don’t need to wear loads of clothes under it. I love the colour and all the pockets it’s just beautiful.

Not that warm, but good coat

This is a well-made coat. The outer material is durable and water resistant, the pockets are well-placed, the zipper seems sturdy, and you can definitely get every inch covered with the hood and collar. My complaint is that it's simply not warm enough. I bought this to be my barn coat in WY. It's fine in 20s and 30s with not much wind, but out here we have heavy winds and often get below 20; it just feels very cold, especially in the sleeves. I would be willing to pay more for something like this with a higher fill power and more insulation to get through the truly bitter winter days. For those who don't live in brutal conditions, I would definitely recommend it.

Toasty warm

I was looking to get a longer coat for those really cold days. This is a very cosy coat and I appreciate hat it is not puffy. I really like that I was able to pick a color rather than black.

Too HEAVY for my shoulders.

I wore this coat to walk the doggie around the block. It is warm and windproof. The sad part is that it is such a HEAVY coat that I had to return it. Size LARGE fit me. I’m 5’5”, 140 lbs.

Extremely warm coat!

My coat arrived just ahead of a cold snap with air temps 0-5 F and some additional windchill. This is an *excellent* frigid weather coat and the shell is so good at protecting from wind. The fleece lined hood is super warm as well. There are 3 pockets each side accessible without unzipping and additional inside pockets. The longer length is great as well. This coat is on the heavy side weight-wise which might be a drawback to some. I haven’t had a chance to test the water repelling capabilities—last winter my down coat got soaked when I was out in a heavy wet snow and I am hoping not to ever have to go through that again. I wear 10-12 clothes and picked Medium. There’s room for layering but I don’t think I will need heavy layers.
