Unhappy with return process.

Swimsuit was nice, but didn't fit me. I returned it to my local macy's in Roanoke VA and spent 30 minutes waiting for the clerk to figure out how to do the return because it was "Marketplace" which I was not aware of. I was to get an e-mail documenting my return, that was a week ago and I have yet to get the email or credit on my card. Macy';s should not sell thru Marketplace!!
