Pleated Shirts Ruined
Been buying these shorts for 20+ years. Suddenly, the leg openings are 2" narrower & most uncomfortable. Lands End tries to cut costs and ruins product!! They refused a return also. Never buying a thing from them again!!

Poor quality zipper and small belt loops.
Bought about a month ago and they really look great and my wife loves the no iron feature. Unfortunately the zipper action is very "rough"--- not smooth. Also, the belt loops are slightly small making it difficult to thread my usual belts through.
