Poor Quality Poor Service

One of the worst items i have recieved from Macys. There were dozens of loose fabric ends, some being over three inches long. Sitching overan on the outside so that there was white sown into dark grey. My SO has ordered a lot of fast Fashion pieces before and I have never anything as low of quality as this hoodie was. Customer service was of no help either. they allow direct contact but after waiting over 24 hours they told me to just go send it back via Macys return process. I tried to exchange with them directly but they were not interested in direct reconciliation. Save your money and buy from another brand.
