Excellent

I love this stuff! Have been using it since my mid-twenties. Now I'm 72. My skin looks pretty good after using Lancome products. This product is indeed comforting on my skin after I wash my face.

Nasty, sticky, broke me out.

This was so bad i thought it was expired. As a devotee of the old formula i hunted down 3 stores, macys, nordstrom, etc. to see if they had any old bottles in stock. I found ONE that i must use very little until the end of time. Not sure why companies like lancome would change something that works. If they want an “improved” formula why not just make a toner 2.0. Leave the old stuff that works alone!!!! Ugh. So devastated my favorite toner is gone and this lone bottle is all i have left.

New formula is disappointing

I absolutely loved the original formula. I just tried the new formula and I do not love it as much. It does not have that light, hydrating feeling without any residue the way the original had. It still feels hydrating, but heavier and like you have applied a layer to your face. Disappointed in the change. This was my favorite product.
