The Absolute Best

I have always preferred a pencil eyeliner to a liquid, but some pencil applications are dry and they wear off mid-day. Not this one! It goes on smoothly and lasts until I take it off. Colors are great.

I've used this eyeliner for ever and love it. It soft, goes on smoothly and doesn't smudge at all during the day. It comes off easily though with eye makeup remover.
