BEST EVER FOR GREEN EYES!

A Skin Energizer

I apply it on my face (minus eye area) after cleansing and before my moisturiser. I feel some skin tightening right after applying it. It feels good. After a few minutes I followed with moisturiser. It kind of wakes up your skin.
