A felt-tipped liquid liner for long-lasting and precise application. Artliner is ideal for eyeliner wings and cat eyes. It is easy to apply, smudge-proof and is richly pigmented.

Have wore art liner for years and love it. Just wish they would bring back the color violet.

Started off really nice and smooth, but quickly the tip became very sticky and cakey. Only good for a few uses.

Best liquid eyeliner

Love how wet the tip is compared to other brands. I don't have to shake non-stop and get frustrated waiting for the tip to fill with product. The length and width of the tip is great for my now older eyes also.

Love artliners

I have used Artliners in Iced Black(which I wish they would bring back), brown metallic and now blue metallic. They are easy to apply, and forgiving, plus they stay on all day and help keep other eye crayons, and eye shadows in place.
