The Absolute Best

I have always preferred a pencil eyeliner to a liquid, but some pencil applications are dry and they wear off mid-day. Not this one! It goes on smoothly and lasts until I take it off. Colors are great.

Never received purchase

I never received my first Macy’s order although my credit card was billed. When I filed complaint, I was told it could take an additional eleven days to research. I’m not likely to use the Macy’s online system based on the poor experience.
