Shame on Macy's customer service

I ordered a size 2xl, I received a size 9 I spent 30 min on the and ended up gettling hung up on. I had to call back and wated more time but I was finally able to get the philippinos to understand. I reordered and immediately returned the size 9. I received the 2nd order once again and it to was a size 9. I had to spend alot of time again on the phone and finally asked fir a supervisor. They would correct my order and resend but did have the 2nd order returned. However NOW I have been billed for the 2nd pair of shoes when they too should have been credited.

Foot surgery and Diabetic

My husband needed these shoes At first it was a little difficult to walk b/c sole is stiff. Sooo, break in around the house first. He wears them outside and short errand runs. They are well made, soft on the inside, wide for different width and can be tighten with tab to fit. Have not cleaned yet, but the outer material can be washed with water and soap.
