Damaged Item

Item arrived damaged and UPS did not even take it off the truck. Item was sent back…. still no refund. I have been a faithful Macys shopper for years but I am reconsidering my decision to continue to shop with them as they told me they are not responsible for anything purchased through one of their third-party companies which I feel is unfair to the customer as items are being purchased under the Macy’s name.
