MACYS.com is horrible / MACYS store needs to help

second time time this has happened with MACYS.com and I do not have a printer so each time I am out of pocket I ordered two purses and received two shoes with a slip inside that had the wrong order number the wrong address that was not my order number or address which was on the box I called Macy's customer service they told me to call MACYS.com they told me to go to the store they told me to call MACYS.com again they sent me a return label for the shoes and said they will reissue me the purses and will get a email about the receiving the purses in 24 or 48 hours I got nothing 3 days later I called again had to repeat everything again because in their system it showed I received the items now they are saying I have to wait 15 days for a answer
