Faulty Selection

I'm not sure if shipping the lesser quality product versus purchasing the better merchandise in store is your policy. Meaning that the in-store customer gets the better merchandise. There was a, very noticeable, dime size abrasion on the suede area on the left side of the left shoe, an eye sore, that may not be repairable. Also the green material on the shoes is not deep and vibrant as described, looks very faded. Highly skeptical about purchasing from this store again.
