Can't rate something I never received

I never received this ring.

Does not Last Long - Beware!

The gemstone in the ring has already fallen out, only four months into owning the ring. I cannot locate how to reach Macy's customer service phone number or via email, which is also equally as frustrating. For the price and the quality I expect from Macy's, this was one of the most disappointing purchases I have made.
