Still have not received

I still have not received this item. I ordered it 12/8/23 and todays date it 1/7/24. I have reached out to customer service and still have yet to receive this item. I know that it was the holidays, yet I’ve order other items after this from Macy’s and they have came. But this item is by far the worst shipping I’ve ever experienced.

Worst

First when I order the product the page says just 4 days to shipped that’s fine It took a week for them to send it, then the product never moved until after 2 days the delivery date was December 28th and now it is coming out January 5th, what kind of service is this, they do not send the products on the promised date, otherwise there would not have been tidy

Ho Ho Ho
