Chanel Mascara Base

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was 1st given a small sample of the white Chanel mascara base. My lashes have thinned out over the years, and wearing fakes hasn't helped either, lol! But once I used my sample - I was in love and it makes my lashes longer and fuller!
