Does not dry out skin!

Because of it being a clarifying toner, I expected it to leave my skin dry. It in fact does the opposite, it leaves a nice moisture to your skin!

Recommend

Got this toner as a free gift with my purchase, very much appreciated and recommend. It exfoliates the skin while also toning any hyperpigmentation, it’s hydrating to the skin but still leaves the skin feeling cleansed and refreshed.
