Butter on the lips

NO twist, I can get the product.
IDK if i should use a sharper or if it's broken because it's all plastic, but i can get the ptoduct out and idk what i ll do when it finish the vere few that was out when i bought. It should come with some instruction, so in that way i 'll know if it broken or if i am just not doing it as it should. Also they took a month to send it to me.

The Lip Liner is actually not mechanical, so it will need to be physically sharpened to be able to utilize it as intended. To help the integrity of your product, we recommend using our Kylie Pencil Sharpener, and make sure you choose the hole size that closely matches the pencil. Insert the tip into the sharpener. Turn the pencil several times until the pencil is sharpened. Then, you should be able to use it like normal! Some really great tips to consider: Do not put pencils in the refrigerator or freezer to make them harder as this will affect their performance. Pigmentation is great
Very good pigmentation on the color and smooth glide on, i love the color risky rose and it was a great summer pink look. The texture was smooth and would glide on easily and with no mess
