Not up to expectations

Really disappointed with this nutcracker! Generally the quality of Kurt Adler is superior to others, but not in this case. The picture is misleading - you have to check all of them to realize there's a gapping hole in his beard at waist level! Even had it been painted white to blend in with the beard it might have been acceptable. Or better would have been an actual beard that moved when you "used" the nutcracker to camouflage. Also, the name tag was loose in the box. Just an overall let down - will be returning.
