You just have to turn the knob to select one of the six browning settings, from light to dark. Bread falls through gaps and burns

The little cradle on which bread rests while being toasted is too narrow. Bread slips past it and falls to the bottom. It won't pop up.

Perfect

We have tried several toasters but they only toasted half the bread. I love this toaster- bagels, sourdough bread, muffins etc all toast perfectly!

Awesome toaster !

It toasted quickly, evenly and didn’t have to keep turning up dial because it wasn’t browning, like my last toaster!

Finally one that works.

I've been through several toasters and have sent some back. This one is a keeper. It takes a few adjustments to get the right settings but stays locked in and toasts both sides evenly. English muffins came out perfectly. Bagel needs to reheat once or twice but not a problem. The mouths are large enough for Texas toast size and larger bagels. I wish it came in brushed finish, otherwise, its well worth the slightly higher cost that some others. I may consider the 4 slot model in the future just so my bagels will have it's own setting.

Toast comes out different every time

Toasts inconsistently set at same setting one time won t be done next time is burnt. You need to watch every time you use it
