Product changed, much thinner

I've been buying this for years and now the cotton has been reduced significantly and a MUCH thinner pad and sadly doesn't work as well now. The cotton in the order I just got is almost half as thick as before. I still had a few left. 5 new pads equals 3 of the old (new on left, old on right).

Cleansing Spa Water and Pure Cotton

Love this product. It’s absorbent like no other for removing makeup. I use it, of course, with the Cleansing Spa Water. I would love Koh Gen Do to consider sending out samples of other products with our orders in order for customers to learn about other products w/o making the investment. That’s the reason I now use Koh Gen Do now for cleansing. Started with trying product first! Now I am a believer! Would strongly recommend.

TRY THEM OUT!

I am so glad I found and purchased the Koh Gen Do pure cotton pads. There is nothing else like them on the market (that I could find). They are the perfect size. They are soft and will hold up to a couple of rinsings. It's important to me that they are all natural. I just purchased them again for a Christmas present for my daughter. Everyone should try them out.

Best Cotton on the Planet

A convenient bag for the best cotton I have ever used. I can use it to pull apart with my favorite serum to form a mask... so soft, so natural and organic I can see the raw cotton - no bleach, wow... this is it!
