I order a bed frame, come out broken They do not inspect their products before delivery I called customer service, poor customer service, Sent someone to inspect after 5 days He called me a day before to ensure somebody would be home I told him to call me 30 minutes before He called me 15 minutes before, it takes me 25 minutes to get home from work after 5 minutes waiting he called me and leave the house Im still waiting for them to send someone inspect the broken frame 2 weeks later

This bed frame is FANTASTIC!!! We cannot believe how this frame makes you sleep better with the mattress firmly set in this kind of frame. It actually makes the mattress firmer for a better sleep. Because of the wraparound coating, it actually prevents any leg bruising if you hit it. Also, the weight is distributed evenly so that if you sit at the end of the mattress, it won't tip up the top part. We are senior citizens and the cost of this Wraparound Bed Frame is totally worth the cost and there is no comparison with the usual standard steel metal bed frame. We are totally impressed and would highly recommend it to anyone. :-)
