Can't rate the item. Although it was shipped pretty fast, unfortunately delivery will take 22 days! That is too long.

I am so sad. This top is GORGEOUS and well-made. Fit well. The problem is that the scalloped lace at the neckline folded over when I tried it on and it did not stay put. Will be returning.
