(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I loved my original kitchen aid stand mixer, so I wanted a larger one as I bake a great deal. While the performance of my new 7 quart lift-bowl is excellent, getting in the slots to place it back on the stand is extremely difficult. It doesn’t go in as easily as it should, I need to push, slide, and press multiple times until I find that sweet spot that does it. Definitely a flaw with the design. If it wasn’t for this I would have given it 5 stars.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this KitchenAid for my micro-bakery... to replace my 5qt. KitchenAid. I was told that this would be the best size for triple batches of cookies and dinner roll recipes. Cookies seem to do fine. I find that the motor struggles to keep up with bread doughs. I absolutely love KitchAid products. I am just nervous this one won't last as the motor already sounds high pitched and gets sluggish. (it's only a month old) If I had it to do over, I would pursue their commercial line, despite the recommendation.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine is such an upgrade from my decades old KitchenAid mixer! I can grind twice the amount of wheat berries in half the time and the machine barely gets warm. I absolutely love this KitchenAid mixer.
