Heavy pan

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s durability is a standout feature, crafted from high quality materials, it’s designed to withstand the rigors of daily cooking, ensuring it remains a staple in my cookware collection for years. The heat distribution is another area where this pan excels. Easy cleaning is an essential factor for any cookware, and this pan doesn’t disappoint. While it might require a bit more attention if food sticks, generally it’s quite straightforward to clean, especially if you soak it shortly after cooking. Its size is perfect for preparing meals for a family or when hosting dinner parties, as it can comfortably accommodate larger recipes. However, there are a couple of drawbacks to consider. First, its weight might be a concern for some users. The pan is on the heavier side, which can make it challenging to handle, especially when full. Additionally, while it generally performs well in terms of non stick properties, there are instances where food might stick a bit more than desired, requiring a bit of effort to clean.

Quality sturdy cookware with the addition of oil

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a love hate relationship with this sauce pan. Although the heat distribution is great ut seems that things stick easily unless you use a good bit of cooking spray or oil. Not so great for healthier lifestyles. I did appreciate that it went from stove top to oven seamlessly

Not up to par

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This photo is after the first use after being hand washed. It’s decent size, but after the first use it’s not that great, everything stuck to it even with oil in the pan.

Great addition!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pan has been a great addition to my kitchen. The heat distributes evenly and all meat has been cooked evenly when using this pan. The only downside is the size when needing to store it but that can be easily over looked.

Generously sized for one-pan cooking

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love all my KitchenAid products and this 5-quart saute pan with a lid is a bullseye! Easy to use when cooking stews or curries, I don’t have to pull out a big pot to fit a recipe with a lot of ingredients. This pan doesn’t have any plastic parts (like a lid or pan handle) so it can go from stovetop to oven or broiler up to 500 degrees making this pan very versatile. Some brands don’t include a lid with the pan and would be a separate purchase at more expense, this saute pan comes with a lid which is convenient, you don’t have to hunt down a lid that may or may not fit on the pan.
