Leaking around the seal of the pot
We love this coffee maker however the seal around the pot isn’t working. Every time you pour the coffee it leaks. How can we go about getting a new pot? This is a sentimental gift so replacing the whole unit isn’t what we would to do.

Design flaws require workarounds
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I mostly like the coffee maker but I can’t ignore some basic design flaws and unfulfilled needs. First, it’s no surprise that this is placed on a counter and there’s likely to be an upper cabinet above it at a standard height. However, you cannot fully open the top to add/remove the coffee filter because it is too long and hits the upper cabinet. When opening the lid after brewing, water condensation flows down the outside and over the buttons because it is. Of tappers or features channels to route it into the filter and pot. Finally, the carafe has an internal lip that blocks liquid from fully flowing out. These are all unnecessary and annoying design flaws that overall burn the user experience.

Great Taste, Great Looking, To much water
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The craftsmanship and quality of the Coffee maker deserves a 5 star, it makes you want to leave it out on the counter and show it off. The option to use paper filters or the provided stainer allows you to run out of paper filters and still make a great tasting pot of coffee early in the morning without stress, having to get dressed or paying for a cup of coffee at the coffee shop. The strainer comes with a built-in coffee ground measuring indicator which is easy to see and is accurate. THE BAD, you need several paper towels ready when lifting the lid and removing the stainer or paper filter. LOTS of water drips off the lid onto both sides of the coffee maker, on to the warming pad, and your counter. BUMMER

Only one design flaw.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very happy with the aesthetics and mostly, the brew. Only complaint is that when the lid is opened to remind ve the grounds, water (I assume condensation) pours off the lid and down the sides of the machine, leaving puddles on our coffee bar. Needs a rim or “curb” to keep the water from pouring down the sides.

zThings I like
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I like how quite it compared to others that I have had. I like the tank easy to fill and easy to read the levels. I like the time on hot plate it gives me how long to go to ensure I have that second cup of coffee. All in all I like it alot

Absolutely love it!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had my coffee maker for about a month or so. I love so many things about it. First and foremost, I love that the water tank is removable so I don't have to fill the carafe and pour it in. Further, that means the coffee and water source are not in direct communication which keeps coffee grounds from getting into the tank. One wouldn't think that would happen but it did, fairly frequently. This has not been an issue with the Kitchen Aid. The coffee tastes great, programming is simple, love that it keeps the coffee hot for up to 4 hours and shoes you how much time is left. Each cup still tastes fresh, even several hours later. I know that sounds crazy but it is the truth. The only thing that makes it almost perfect and not perfect, is that when you lift the lid to take out the coffee grounds receptacle, the vapor from the hot water condenses around the area where the spiral showerhead is and drips down the side of the top-it does not splatter at all; just means that I have to dry off the area where the basket sits-not a deal breaker in the least. I do wish there was an easier way to dry off the area under the lid hinge. Otherwise, it is fantastic and the carafe pours so nicely. Highly recommend it!!
