Just what I was looking for
This bag is really sturdy, had so much room for what I needed. Carrying was also comfortable because of the strap design & cushions. I do also like the charm it came with but I took it off & replaced with the pants charm from the website. The color didn’t transfer either, I have black. Will definitely get other colors. I was also able to pick this up same day as most other brands/styles were ship only & would take days.

Missing keychain
does the bag comes with the keychain? mine doesnt come with it.
Amazing backpack!!
I am a very busy college student who needed a new backpack that is well supported and is spacious. This backpack was just that and more!! There is so much pockets that allows me to bring everything I need. Plus, the quality is great for the price. Totally recommend

High quality and stylish
Excellent quality. Nice material. Padding on straps is comfortable. The size fits my child's large binders and has a separate area for the laptop. She says it's so much better than the herschel backpack we originally got her. The zipper seems strong and of high quality too. Will never go back to jansport or herschel again.

Beyond my expectation
I purchased blue one. The color and pattern looks luxury than I expected. It's light, and spacious. The material seems somewhat water resistant. I'm satisfied.
