Missing piece

I love the backpack, but was missing the keychain monkey, I don’t return because was not in stock anymore.

Great service but product missing a part

I have not yet tried the product since it was missing the monkey fob (it’s main appeal) when I received, so I complain :/. The service was great and my new backpack is on its way. But I wonder if it was originally sent without it, or if it was stolen in transit. Both concerning.

Quality and design

A very attractive style and color. The design is functional and light weight. A good size for traveling. My first time purchasing a Kipling backpack. I own other Kipling purses and love the light weight and durable material from this brand. A reliable quality product that lasts a long time.
