Great buy

Love, love, love this shoulder bag! It is so lite weight, it doesn't hurt my shoulder and it holds everything! Also like the navy color.

Wrong bag received

I ordered this, but received totally different bag. I called customer service and told I would like to have the correct one. Unfortunately I received a refund and did not allow me to change the right bag.

It had everything I wanted

The deep rich color which was a good neutral...but not black...caught my eye. Then the design of several outside pockets was what I prefer. Finally, it was on sale!

Overly-Deep Gabby Bag

Great Kipling quality and nice Blue Bleu color, but the large bag is actually closer to an extra-large bag because of the interior depth. When even partially filled with wallet and other necessities of daily use, they are way in the bottom of this large Gabby bag causing the weight to be too low down. The strap should be designed wider & have an extra support pad for crossbody or shoulder use. The strap should also be detachable, like some of their bags, so one could put their own better supportive strap on. I like the light taupy-tan interior color, which makes it easier to see into. If one were going on a trip, this bag might be good for putting an extra sweater or jacket into, but for around town daily use, it is just too big. Alas, I had to return mine, and will settle on something smaller. Also, Macy's website has the same exact bag measurements for Gabby medium and Gabby large bags, so be careful when choosing sizes.

Good for Travel

This is a large-sized, multi-pocketed crossbody bag that I bought for a transatlantic flight, and for once there was room for everything I needed with space left over for extras. In itself it weighs next to nothing, and appears to be very well made. So far, I am delighted with it.
