Beautiful but uncomfortable

The bag is lovely, but the design of the handle makes it uncomfortable to carry as a shoulder bag. If anything is inside the bag the center of the handle digs into my shoulder and it feels too heavy . It might be fine for a large person with well padded shoulders.
