NO ADEQUATE STRAP BRACKET TO HOLD STRAP TIGHT!

IF THESE FANNY PACKS DO NOT HAVE THE SECOND STRAP BRACKET AND NOT THE CHEAP CLOTH PIECE IT WILL NOT STAY TIGHT! THEREFORE IT WILL FALL OFF. THERE IS NO PICTURE ON YOUR WEBSITE SHOWING WHAT TYPE OF BRACKET IT HAS ON THE STRAP. AND IT WAS A TINY PIECE OF CLOTH! ITEM RETURNED!

Awful experience.

Very awful experience. The size doesn’t match with what listed in the website. It listed it should be a medium size bag but I received a small one. Contacting with Macy doesn’t help at all. Spent me too much time and energy on this.

Disappointed

Would have given 5 stars…it’s a beautiful bag…but, bag is much smaller than indicated on Macy’s website….8”x5”x2”…too small for me…it has a second strap hidden inside of bag that takes away storage….too bulky !!

Returned item. There is a permanent strap in outside pocket to be used as a hip or fanny bag.It is bulky & uncomfortable when using bag as a crossbody.
