Disappointed
This coffee maker is a disappointment. It is louder and is made with cheap, thin materials. My previous Keurig was heavy and quiet. It died after about 6 years. Expected the same quality, I was wrong.

Mad and upset
It’s light weight and it not what I expected. It has that cheap plastic feel. The water reservoir is flimsy. It is not worth the money. It seems like a kid kitchen toy. I would recommended to my two year old.

New K-Select brewer
New brewer "feels" different from the one we bought back in 2013. Parts are lighter weight, just doesn't feel quite as substantial. New filter system is questionable. We actually had the brewer ready to send back because the coffee was so bitter. Again, we have used Keurig brewer(s) for over 12 years. Decided to eliminate the filter from the reservoir, run some rinse cycles and coffee was no longer bitter. We have always used filtered water and descale frequently. Still needed a new brewer after some 12 years but we will no longer use the provided filters for the water.

New Keurig
I had my last Keurig for 10 years, loved it, used it 2x every morning. Looking forward to another 10 years.

Best Keurig I’ve owned
This is my second Keurig to own. The first one was just okay with the warmth being just below steaming hot. This Keurig now delivers a fresh and hot cup of coffee with steam coming from it after it brews. I also like the extra button for making the beverage stronger as well as the four different sizes being 6, 8, 10 and 12 ounces.
