This mini plus has it all.
This mini plus has it all, for me. It doesn’t take up a lot of counter space, it has storage for pods and it can make stronger coffee. I like how I get to put fresh, filtered water in for every cup. I have had a mini plus since they first came on the market. I have had several over the years. I follow instructions for cleaning and each one has lasted for many years.

It Works, Finally...
Our original Mini-Plus was purchased in 2018, and we traveled quite a bit with it until last year. I had purchased one to leave at a daughter's house in another state, so the original stayed home. It finally bit the dust in January of 2025 - not bad for all the mileage and usage, I'd say. Unfortunately, its replacement was a bust: the motor sounded loud, squealed when using the 'Strong' button, and it didn't seem to make the hottest coffee. After two calls to some foreign place [sidebar...], I finally got someone to listen and replace the replacement. This one works so very much better. It punctures the pod, heats up correctly, and makes the coffee right and without any squealing. It's kind of like it is how it's supposed to work. I gave it a 4-star rating because I have concerns that the quality control that was there before Dr. Pepper bought it is not as prevalent, and that others may have the same initial experience with these newer ones.

I really wanted it to work
Had to be replaced three times in three years. The latest one they sent me worked for one day before malfunctioning. The machine shuts off before brewing (not a descaling issue, brand new machine). I have a larger one that has worked perfectly for years. I really wanted the single-serve to work so I wouldn’t have to go down several stairs for morning coffee.

Absolute Best Support Experience On the Planet!
So impressed with my Keurig replacement experience! A used Mini gifted to us by a friend proved to be defective and, when I searched Keurig’s site for support, learned that around 10 years ago the company recalled it and offered a free quick fix part for it. When I called the company they said the repair part is no longer available. Then the customer service guy asked that I return my unit to them and they would send me a brand new upgraded unit. They even had UPS pick up the old unit at my door- no charge! A few days later we received a brand new Keurig Mini Plus in the color of my choice, and have been enjoying it since!

Best invention in my lifetime.
I was so thankful that I could get another Keurig mini coffee maker. Had no idea what had happened with the one I had. I just knew I did not want to be without another one. So convenient for me as I have been drinking coffee for some 67 years and is best thing invented for some one my age to be able to enjoy a cup of coffee soooo quickly!!!!!!!!
