Great set

First, my salesperson, Bernard at Macy’s Cumberland was wonderful. Very knowledgeable about all the furniture pieces I inquired about. Price is what I wanted to spend. Time given for deliver was great. The delivery itself was fantastic. The guys came in put it all together without incident. It looks great in my mater bedroom. I’ll recommend this to anyone that is looking for a beautiful room. This is clearly a 5 for me.

Worst experience with Macy furniture

I order my bed set over a month ago and they said it will be coming by July 31 and I call them and now they said it will be coming by August 19 I never had to wait this long for a furniture from other companies I will have to say i am not ordering any thing from Macys anymore

Did not receive the bedroom set

I purchased this bedroom set in November was told it was supposed to be delivered in February it’s now April 20th. I called today they said the item should arrive by May. I canceled the order and will NEVER purchase any more furniture from Macys

Not yet delivered

I purchased this bedroom set in November, when I purchased it the delivery date was for February; now February is here am told that the delivery date is now scheduled for April. I don't understand why Macys is selling a product that's not available 😕

Disaster!Macy's dropped the ball on this order too

This purchase was an absolute disaster! I originally placed this order on Nov. 20, 2023 with a delivery date of Jan 9, 2024. Now they are saying delivery of April 17, 2024. This is not acceptable. They did not communicate with the vendor. Wayfair stated that they can deliver on Jan 24. What actually is going on Macy's?
