Strange Shoulder Height on Sleeve

Gorgeous dress. Unfortunately in order to wear it out, I have to pin the tops of the sleeves so they hold up and stay on. I’ve had to take a good 4-inches off of the shoulder height…it measures strange.

Beautiful material

This is a beautiful dress. Unfortunately, I have to return as the fir in the shoulder is way, way off. It would have made more sense if the string on the neck area could be used to adjust the poorly fitting neck.

This is a beautiful dress - just not right for me. Had to return but wished so much I could keep it.
