Press Marks Sweater

I trust Macy's because I have had great purchases for years. This is a disappointment. The sweater took a long time to arrive but worse, it's covered in noticeable heat press marks. I thought I'd return but decided to see if dry cleaning will help take the long shiny stripes out.
