Careful buying as a gift

Great looking suit . Bought as a gift for my son , he did not like the color . More than 30 days had passed before I got out to the only store in my city . Return refused due to 30 day return policy . I have been a loyal card carrying customer for 30 years . This has not gone over well . Would not even do a store credit . Not a seasonal item , never worn . I am rethinking ever shopping at Macys .

oil stain in sleeve

Disappointed. Bought two suit in different colors. The wine one with unremoved security tag, and the green one with oil stain in sleeve.
