One problem after another

I ordered this jacket from Saks OFF 5TH and when it arrived, there was a hole in the inner pocket. I could deal with that but also, the zipper kept getting stuck at the start of the neck. I had to trim some of the faux wool on the collar with scissors to get it out of the way, which helped but it still takes a little extra effort. It was good for several months, but suddenly the zipper kept coming undone on its own. I contacted Kenneth Cole about it and they said they could do nothing about it. So I'll have to tailor that too but wow, the most poorly functioning jacket I've ever owned.

41% Wool Fabric -- Cheap Blend -- Avoid

This is a nicely-designed jacket. I take off three stars, because the fabric blend used is made of only 41% wool; the rest is polyester and other synthetics. I've noticed that Kenneth Cole label coats and jackets that are ostensibly made from majority-wool fabrics, are getting super-cheap and are using less than 50% wool in their blends. We're all used to clothing manufacturers increasingly using cheap synthetics to produce clothing, and, I have no problem with a judicious use of synthetics -- as long as a majority of the fabric is from natural fibers. Avoid this coat and instead, buy jackets and coats from London Fog, Cole Haan and BGSD that are made from 60% wool blends.

Nice jacket!

Beautiful jacket. I bought this for my son. He is 17 and picky. He loves this coat and says it is warm. He walks about a mile or more to school. We live in Massachusetts.

Stylish and classic jacket

Bought for my husband and he loves it. Can't go wrong with this jacket. It's comfortable,warm and pairs well with jeans or dress pants. Fits true to size.
