Fabrics not exactly as advertised

I purchased this sofa in August 2024 online. The fabric I selected is Peyton Pearl. Online this fabric looks like a neutral soft oatmeal shade with a linen texture. The sofa was delivered in Dec. The fabric was bright white and more like a brushed canvas. I called customer service. They sent out a rep who took photos and also agreed the online imagine does not match what I was sent. They scheduled an exchange for Jan 31st. The exact same fabric came on the replacement sofa. I denied the delivery. I can assume Peyton Pearl is bright white and not as pictured. At this point I have no idea what Macy's will be offering. The delivery driver stated customer service would call me immediately as he was on the phone with them. So far, no call. I probably will have to call them. Which was complicated the last time I called. It really is a comfortable, well made, sofa. Had there been an option to order fabric samples prior to placing an order, I would have done that.
