No video on how to layer it.

Good quality. Perfect size. Delivered on time. 3 pieces with no labels on which is which, though. A video on “layering” would’ve been an awesome idea. Still recommend it.

my niece just had a baby and she used it for the 40 days then she gave it to my sister who is the mom and now she uses it and he brings a big support for her back. I wish you have a size small but overall the quality of the materials are great if people don’t know how to use it there’s videos on YouTube there’s two pieces because one supports the lower abdomen and the other piece supports the upper part of the abdomen people need to read instructions he’s a great product, a very good price
