I bought these boots on 02/02/2024 and was very happy with the fit the comfort and the style, but sadly my right heel just broke in half 2 days ago and I don’t know how it happened and I am heartbroken. Can someone please help me with what I should do???
A bit tight for Wide Width persons
This is my second pair of KP boots but my first for the long booth style. I really like the dual textures because it feels very cool and chic to wear these with dresses or skirts or leggings. I really like KP style of the chunky sole. I'm giving it 4 out of 5 stars for a couple reasons. I'm more of a wide width person but none of KP boots come available for wide width. Since I have a shorter boot style that I love and fits perfectly, I wasn't too worried about these until I tried it on. The inside isn't roomy but not super tight either. The back of the Achilles tendon area has a moulding in the foot part which makes it stiff while the leg part of the boot is flexible in the sense it's not stiff. The back part is too stiff and often scrapes at the back of my foot. I've tried wearing really thick long socks but it hurts to the point I have to change so I can't walk for long in these. They're great for driving/dining but that's it. Don't expect to go on a stroll with these. And since I'm wide width, I also have wider circumference in my calves. Luckily, because this boot is made of two materials, the back being a stretchy kind, I can stretch them over my calves, however, it does fit a little tight. It's not to the point it's cutting off circulation or anything or visually right but I can feel it. I'm keeping them because they look and texture wise, feel great. I just have to wear these for lighter outings because of the eating at my back ankle area part. I think KP should come out with wide width options and maybe do the moulding for the foot differently.
Very versatile boots
Very nice, very comfortable, and very versatile.
