Never Received

I ordered this item a month ago and the status shows that it has shipped; however I still haven't received it. I'm very diamond since it was supposed to be a Christmas gift. Macy's return policy states that I have until 1/30 to return it, but what do I do since I've never received it?

Beautiful hat

I love the color and look of my Kate spade hat and glove set. I’ve received many compliments. The only drawback is that in extremely cold weather, the gloves will not keep your hands warm. The hat will.

the hat is so loose and doesn't even fit the gloves are ok but not anything special about it.If you buy on sale is best
