Cute little bag but….

I bought this adorable bag to carry what I needed on a trip and be flexible enough to work as an evening bag, as well. I quickly learned that the structure is far too hard and not at all flexible to do what I needed it to do. Getting cards and items in and out is very difficult because there is absolutely no give to the leather. Also, the strap is not removable and must be stored inside of the largest compartment of the bag, taking away any space for my phone to be stored inside. Even with a strap outside, this compartment was not large enough to hold my iPhone 13 and a lipstick. Once I reach my destination, I changed to a different bag and will not be using this one again. Very disappointing
