Cannot believe how terribly Macy’s packed and shipped the champagne flutes I was sending as a gift NOT ONCE BUT TWICE. Both shipments arrived with one broken glass. Certainly not the experience I wanted the newly engaged couple to have when opening their engagement present.

Excessive Delay
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered 2 sets of this stem ware for 2 different wedding gifts on October 20 2021. Neither has shipped yet and according to the tracker, won't ship until December 20 or later... very disappointing that I wasn't advised when ordering that this would be an issue
