I love love this bag.

I love this handbag. I have the extra large in off white and the black in large which were both given to me as gifts from my daughter. I love the leather, it’s firm but soft, the bag does not slouch and I get compliments every time I carry them.

The leather is so thin that it literally rubs right off. I'm very gentle on my belongings and it already looks worn and tattered. VERY poorly and cheaply made. I will never purchase a Kate Spade item again. Absolutely horrible.

Falling apart

I purchased this handbag about four months ago and discovered a few days ago that the letters have fallen off the bag. It seems to be poor quality. The bottom of the bag has a leather piece that covers it and it's not secured all the way . I constantly have change and other items stuck underneath this piece. I contacted Macys to inquire about exchanging or returning the bag and they offered no help because the deadline for return has passed. This is frustrating considering the price. You would expected better quality. I will seriously reconsider shopping with Macys in the future!
