Very Disappointed

I fell in love with this color-block bag when I saw it online. But I'm giving it one star because Macy's sent me a used bag; a bag someone bought, used, and returned it. Or maybe the "floor model". The bag had all the new bag plastic removed and the wrapping tissue l removed, the covering for the metal parts was also removed except for the inside zip. The top part had some wrinkles and marks. This bag is now out of stock. very disappointed
