Used purse

I had to return it. I got a broken handle purse and inside I was able to see it was used I gave one star because I really like the style

Horrible

Bought this Kate Spade bucket purse for my wife’s Christmas present. When my wife opened it she realized that it had been used a lot, filthy and the leather was very broken down which caused it not to hold its shape. She was very sad that the one thing she wanted for Christmas was horrible. I returned it and that bag was no longer available unless I drove over 1 1/2 hours to different store that had them in stock. I ask the associate if she could get it down here so I could have it for my wife. I got a very rude no, she said that they are not able to do that. Now I have no other choice but to find one elsewhere which I did at Dillard’s. To my surprise, it showed me how bad the bag I ordered was compared to the new one. The bag had to be used for a year or more to get into that shape. How do they sell something that used when most likely it was returned for something. The associate used the words to describe it, and she just said gross.

Best bucket design

Long awaited bucket handbag of perfect size and exceptional quality. It is sturdy and holds shape but the leather is soft and pliable. The handle is comfortable and it is easy to switch to shoulder strap. Blue color like an evening sky goes with everything!
