Garment arrived with Security Tag Attached! 😢

Blouse was Beautiful but wasn’t able to keep & enjoy, Security Tag was still attached to it and my nearest Macy’s to get Help 350miles away. Returning it… That was a whole other bad experience will never go the “Chat On Line Experience” again Process slow, frustrating had to repeat myself answering same questions several times. Did get refund but my replacement order request never got shipped, the ball was dropped somewhere! Thoroughly disappointed in Macy's, never one problem in 50 years til now. I sure do miss Woodward & Lothrop’s!! Macy’s competition back in the day. Very Disappointed!
