Noisy skirt liner

This is a nice skirt for a petite frame, though the sizing is a bit large and just a tad long. Kasper usually has pretty uniform fitting skirts. This was just slightly off. The biggest drawback is that the lining material is extremely cheap and noisy. So whenever you walk, it makes a swishing sound. It’s paper-like fabric, just not up to the normal standards for this brand.

its enough w my description

it was very disappointing. On line It was bright red that I hoped for.. But I received skirts of dark stale red wine . I will return both of them
