bad quality of material, too long

this dress was way too long, all the way down to my ankles. for reference, I'm 5'2" and 135 lbs. I ordered a size 2, and it fit perfect from the shoulders to the torso. for my taste, it shows too much cleavage as I wanted this dress for church. the bottom skirt was super long, and with the tassel belt, the black dress felt like a priest's robe from the waist down. They were all returned
